Mother/Daughter Brunch

Chapel Choir

Dear Parents,

As you’re aware, your daughter is a member of the chapel choir and they are participating in the Mother/Daughter Mass on Sunday, March 18^th. Please ensure your daughter arrives between 9.30am and 9.45am, as mass will promptly start at 10am. As always, they need to be dressed appropriately for church. If they are alter serving they must remain downstairs, however, if your child is reading they may begin the service in the congregation before making their way to the loft after their reading.

There is the Visitation Academy Mother’s Club Mother/Daughter Brunch immediately after the service in Staten Island, if you have bought tickets.

MULAN DATES

Mulan: Extra Dates and Moved Rehearsals

Dear Cabaret Troupe Members and Parents,

Our shows are officially Thursday May 31^st and Friday June 1^st 2012. Both performances will be at 7.00pm, and will be in the Alumnae room.

Below is a list of dates that we will be rehearsing and times. Some of the dates are different, due to holidays and days off from school, and some times are different/extended. Please check your schedules and inform me as soon as possible if you cannot attend. It is extremely important that you attend as many rehearsals as possible, not only so you don’t miss out on learning crucial choreography and blocking, but so we get the best possible show we can! Mulan Jr. is truly going to be a fantastic show – I can see it now!

Wed April 4th	11.30am-2.30pm	This is the 11.30am dismissal before Easter Vacation.
Thurs April 19th	2.45pm-5pm	First rehearsal back after Easter
Thurs April 26th	2.45pm-4.30pm
Thurs May 3rd	2.45pm-4.30pm
Friday May 4th	11.30am-3.30pm	This is a First Friday day, with dismissal at 11.30am.
Thurs May 10th	2.45pm-4.30pm
Thurs May 17th	2.45pm-4.30pm
Thurs May 24th	2.45pm-4.30pm
Weds May 30th	2.45pm-5.00pm	This is the dress rehearsal. It is crucial that everyone is in attendance!
Thurs May 31st/ Friday June 1st	Arrive at Alumnae  room for 6pm both evenings	The performances. There is no Cabaret rehearsal after school on these dates.
